When you set a base price for your listing, between 65% and 76% of the booking value is paid out to you. The remainder covers evee's administration, marketing, driver verification, customer support, and — importantly — the cost of rental insurance for every booking.

All payments are managed securely through Stripe. Once a booking is completed, the transfer is initiated automatically within 48 hours and typically arrives in your nominated bank account within 24 hours after that — so you can expect to receive your payout within approximately 72 hours of the booking ending.

Please note that payouts may be subject to delays during public holidays or due to bank processing times outside of standard business hours.

Where a renter incurs additional charges during their rental — such as driving through a toll road, using a public supercharger, or exceeding the daily travel allowance — you can request an extra payment to cover these costs. The extra payment feature is located within the booking, and you will be required to attach supporting evidence of the charge (e.g. a toll receipt or a photo of your odometer).

Extra payments are processed in the same way as standard payouts and will be transferred to your nominated bank account once approved.
