Host Payout Incentives allow you to earn more by providing high-quality photos on your listing and enabling certain features that contribute to a better rental experience.
You can learn more about these incentives and how to apply them below. When all incentives are active, your payout rate can reach up to 77%.
Dynamic Pricing
Provides a 2% payout increase
Dynamic Pricing takes the guesswork out of setting your own rental rates. With this feature enabled, your rental rate will remain attractive and in sync with current market trends, based on extensive research and competitor price data. The daily rate of your listing will be automatically adjusted for you. Please note that prices will be most dynamic in the upcoming two weeks, when the majority of bookings take place.
Regardless of current market trends, a pricing floor is applied to ensure your daily rate does not drop below a certain threshold. This price floor varies depending on the make and model of your vehicle.
This feature is ideal if you are new to hosting or would like your listing price to stay in line with current market trends to maximise your booking volume. You can also enjoy a 2% payout increase by enabling this feature.
To enable Dynamic Pricing on your listing, toggle the Dynamic Pricing switch near the top of the listing page. With Dynamic Pricing enabled, your listing should look like this:
Once enabled, it may take up to 24 hours for the pricing calendar within your listing to update to the current dynamic rates. Once synced, you can view the current dynamic rates within your calendar. These rates are updated on a weekly basis.
Please note: Enabling Dynamic Pricing will also enable the Long Rental Discount feature automatically, providing a combined payout increase of 3%.
Long Rental Discount
Provides a 1% payout increase
If you set your own pricing, you can also opt in to provide static discounts that reward renters based on the length of their booking. This incentivises longer trips whilst earning you a 1% payout increase.
You can enable this feature at the top of the listing page, adjacent to where you set the daily rate. The discounts are fixed and cannot be adjusted:

Unlimited Mileage
Provides a 1% payout increase
The Unlimited Mileage feature removes travel distance limitations and provides renters with the peace of mind that they can get to where they want to go without incurring additional fees. As a result, your listing becomes more attractive, and you save time from having to track the odometer — while also earning an additional 1% payout increase.
Rentals vary significantly by distance travelled; some renters stay in the city while others go on long road trips. Regardless of whether Unlimited Mileage is enabled, our renters travel approximately 160 km per day on average across multiple bookings.
You can enable Unlimited Mileage directly within your listing settings.
Instant Booking
Provides a 2% payout increase
The Instant Booking feature removes the need for you to manually respond to booking requests, and instead grants pre-approval for renters to immediately confirm your listing.
By enabling Instant Booking, you eliminate the renter's uncertainty of whether their booking will be accepted and remove any waiting period. This gives your listing a better chance of being booked and increases renter confidence by allowing them to start planning their trip right away.

Once enabled, you also have the option to set a minimum notice period, making Instant Booking only available for bookings requested within that notice period.
Airport Delivery
Provides a 2% payout increase
Airports are the most commonly requested delivery location, and over 20% of customers request delivery with their booking. By offering airport delivery on your rentals, you increase the exposure of your listing whilst also receiving a 2% payout increase for providing this service.
To enable this feature, toggle the Airport Delivery option under the Location section of your listing, then specify your nearest airport and the delivery fee you would like to charge:
The delivery fee is inclusive of both the drop-off and pick-up of the vehicle. For example, a delivery fee of $100 equates to $50 each way.
High Quality Photos
Provides a 2% payout increase
By providing high-quality, clear photos for your listing, you can earn an additional 2% payout increase and improve your booking chances by showing renters exactly what they can expect.
To qualify for this incentive, you will need to upload clear, well-lit photos of your vehicle showing both the exterior and interior. The car should be photographed in an open environment, away from any obstructions or other vehicles. For a full guide on how to qualify, please refer to the Listing Photography Guide.
Once the photos have been reviewed, the payout bonus will be applied to your listing if the photos meet the criteria.
Full Self Driving
Provides a 2% payout increase
If your Tesla is equipped with Full Self Driving (Supervised), you can earn an additional 2% payout increase by enabling this feature on your listing. FSD is a highly sought-after feature among renters and significantly enhances the rental experience, making your listing more attractive and competitive.
To enable this incentive, navigate to the Features section of your listing and ensure that Full Self Driving (Supervised) is selected under the Driving features. The payout increase will be applied automatically once the feature is enabled on your listing.

Q. How is the payout calculated?
A. The payout percentage is applied to the total booking cost before the commission is calculated. For example, if a car is rented for $100/day with a 23% commission rate, the commission will be $23 (23% of $100), and your payout — $77.
Q. Are the payout increases applied automatically?
A. Yes, with the exception of the High Quality Photos incentive. For all other incentives, as soon as you activate them within your listing, they will be applied to all future booking requests received.
Q. I have just activated some incentivised features. Do I receive the payout increase for bookings that are already confirmed?
A. No, the increased payout will only apply to bookings received after the incentivised features have been activated.
