We understand that your plans may change. However, if you need to cancel your booking, we have a minimum notice for cancellation.

If you cancel your existing booking:

  • more than 72 hours before the start of the Rental Period, you will be entitled to a full refund;

  • between 72 hours and 48 hours before the start of the Rental Period, you will be charged 50% of the total Fees plus any merchant banking/transaction fees and the remaining balance will be refunded to you;

  • and less than 48 hours before the start of the Rental Period, you will not be entitled to any refund.

Rescheduling a booking is subject to Vehicle and Owner availability. Cancellation fees will also apply for rescheduled bookings.
