Leaving a review

After your rental is complete, you will receive a follow-up email inviting you to rate your experience. Your host will also have the opportunity to leave a review of their experience with you.

Reviews are published within 14 days of being submitted, regardless of whether the other party has left a review. This ensures transparency and accuracy for the evee community.

Once published, reviews appear on your profile and on the host's listing.

Editing a review

Once a review has been published, it cannot be edited. If you have made an error and would like to request a correction, contact us via the chat icon at the bottom of this page with the host's name and your booking dates, and our team will look into it.
