What Happens If My Host Cancels a Booking?
If your host cancels your booking, you will receive a complete refund to the payment method on file. The refund process typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Once you receive a cancellation notification, you have the option to immediately re-book with another host to secure your chosen dates. Please be aware that if a host asks you to cancel the booking, it is important to advise them to handle the cancellation directly through their account. Cancelling the booking as a renter may result in a cancellation fee.
