Fair Wear and Tear Guide

It is natural for a vehicle to experience some wear and tear over time through regular use. The information below is designed to help you distinguish between normal wear and tear and damage that would warrant renter liability. If you are uncertain about a specific case, please reach out to us via the chat icon at the bottom of this page. For damage to be considered claimable, it must have occurred during a single incident rather than accumulating over multiple uses or bookings.
