Dents and Deformation

Minor dents and deformation to the under-body
Where the vehicle is more than 1 year old, dents under 20 mm in diameter where the paint has not been broken and the metal is not exposed

Dents of any diameter on the bonnet, roof, wheel arches, style lines, door sills or edges, and panel creases
Dents greater than 20 mm in diameter
Multiple dents in one area, regardless of size
Any damage affecting or penetrating the paintwork

Stone Chips

Any stone chip that has not penetrated down to the metal
Where the vehicle is less than 1 year old, stone chips less than 1 mm in diameter — no more than 5 per panel
Where the vehicle is more than 1 year old, stone chips less than 2 mm in diameter

Scratches

Windscreen and Windows
