Pricing for renters

evee does not charge service fees and does not hide costs. The price you see at checkout is the total cost of the rental, which includes the cost of rental insurance.

*Damage liability fees may apply in the event of major damage occurring to the vehicle during a rental. This fee includes the insurance excess and administration costs.

Hosts set their own daily rate for their listing, so pricing varies across the platform. This reflects each host's understanding of their vehicle and local market conditions, and creates a competitive marketplace with options across a range of budgets.

Tax invoice

If you require a tax invoice for a booking, please refer to our article on Requesting your tax invoice and rental agreement for instructions on how to obtain one.

When you are charged

The full rental fee is authorised and held when you submit a booking request to confirm you have sufficient funds. This amount is captured as soon as the host confirms your booking.

If your booking request is declined or expires, the held funds will automatically be released and removed from your bank statement within 2–5 business days.

Payment methods

evee uses Stripe for payment processing β€” a global leader in payments, identity verification, and fraud prevention. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, and JCB. Bank transfers are not accepted.
