How to delete your evee account
If you would like to delete your account, please follow the steps below:
Go to the evee homepage and sign in to your account.
Select your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the drop-down menu, select Account.
Select Login & Security.
Select Deactivate at the bottom of the page (this is the account deletion button), then confirm your request.
Once your deletion request is processed, your information will remain stored in our database for 30 days before being permanently deleted. To restore your account during this period, please reach out to us via the chat icon at the bottom of this page and a member of our support team will be happy to assist.
